Executive Director

Genevieve Jackson

Mrs. Jackson has 20 years of experience in financial and real estate services with experience ranging from administration, investment fund analysis, marketing, operations, HR, strategy, finance and CFO reporting. She has held roles as investment analyst, marketing analyst, VP operations, VP Finance and she has been the CFO of a publicly traded real estate company for over seven years. During her most recent tenure, she has led numerous due diligence processes in a variety of potential acquisitions. Mrs. Jackson has an MBA at the University of Iowa, she is a Certified Financial Planner and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. In addition, Mrs. Jackson is certified in Black Belt Six Sigma process improvement.

Senior Consultant and Director

Richard Fehl

Mr. Fehl is an operations and supply chain professional with over 15 years of experience. He has a bachelors of Science from Robert Morris University. Mr. Fehl has over 8 years in a leadership role at a large consulting firm where he led teams on a variety of projects. Mr. Fehl has also held Senior management roles at large manufacturing facilities. He specializes in strategy, cost cutting, process improvement and establishing standardized best practices and reduce overall supply chain cost.

Office Manager

Hector Bonilla

Mr. Bonilla has over 20 years of experience in as a qualified electrician and contractor. He is bilingual in English and Spanish. He has a diploma from Eugenio Maria De Hostos in Mayaguez Puerto Rico. He is an avid horse lover and jockey and has bred numerous champion horses.
